Paprika Feta Potatoes
This is quite a simple recipe, its fast and still very tasty. I love potatoes and paprika so its perfect for me :)
Note: Hungarian paprika works best, its got more flavour, and is slightly more spicy.
- 3 Large Potatoes
- 1 TB. Paprika
- 1TB. Chili Powder
- 1 ts. Sea Salt
- Grape-seed Oil (For drizzling)
- Feta Cheese
Cut potatoes into small wedges
Place onto small baking sheet
Drizzle Grapeseed oil onto potatoes and mix around till oil is evenly distributed (use a fair amount)
In small bowl, mix together the paprika, chili powder, and salt.
Sprinkle over top the potatoes and mix again until the mixture is evenly distributed.
Place in oven preheated to 300 F and bake for 30-45 minutes. (The time always varies whenever i make these)
When done, sprinkle with a desired amount of feta cheese. Bon appétit!
And this is your finished dish! I hope you enjoy it :)
