Sautéed Broccoli and Kale

Sautéed Broccoli and Kale

This is a delicious dish thought up for Kristi. She was feeling sick so i wanted to make her something that was both tasty and healthy, now she keeps bugging me to make it and could probably eat a couple plates full!

Note: I used frozen broccoli, i find it works better for sautéing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Kale Leafs
  • 1 Small Head of Broccoli
  • 1 TB. Thyme
  • 1/2 TB. Sea Salt
  • 1 TB. Oregano
  • 1 TB. Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3 TB. Sesame Seed Oil
  • Grapeseed Oil (Or Olive)
  • Feta Cheese
Cut broccoli and kale into small/medium pieces
Place in medium sized sauté pan and drizzle oils ontop, set to medium heat.
Once your vegetables start to cook a little, add your thyme, salt, ginger, and oregano
Cook until soft with a bit of crunch.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Feta Cheese. Bon Appétit!

And this is your finished dish, i hope you enjoy :)
